Where to rent an apartment in Montenegro?

The city itself is a nice place to live in, with a lot of greenery and cafes. And don’t worry about Podgorica not being at the coast, you can get to Budva in one hour.
The cities in the north of Montenegro are very small, so if you are looking for some seclusion and peace, we recommend you to rent a house in this area. The winters are snowy and the summers are not as hot as in Podgorica or the coast. And of course, nature is stunning.
How much does it cost to rent an apartment or a house in Montenegro?

The rent prices of houses vary a lot, depending on the location, house size, and yard size. For example, you can rent a house in Podgorica surroundings for €700-1,100, but the same size house in the coastal area can go for €1,200 or more.
