From the moment we started our business, we understood one thing – our services and actions change lives and businesses. Deciding to move to another country, or open a business is not easy, and you want a reliable service with the best possible outcome.
Therefore, although we can’t guarantee any Government decision, we assess the process risks for each client before sending our offer or starting the service process. Advising clients to change the documentation, postpone their application or even choose another country and not consider Montenegro has also been a significant part of our service. We understand that Montenegro is not a perfect destination, but it can be suitable for the client. Because we are not in the business of selling, but consulting and finding the best solutions for our clients.
Our principles are simple: the client must be fully informed of all advantages and disadvantages of having a company or residency in Montenegro and the client must present relevant documentation from the native country, with no deficiencies.
As a company that relies on the success of our service and client satisfaction, we deploy high-level service standards for our clients. Therefore, we have developed the service standards by which we provide our services and cooperate with our external partners.

Communication
- Timely and transparent communication;
- One point of contact for all information for the client;
- Answers to any questions the client has about the processes, documentation, law provisions, and similar;
- Communication in writing, so there’s a trail of every information a client receives;
- Notifications about the changes in the laws and regulations that might affect the client in the present or the future;
- Recommendations for the best solutions for the client, even if the best solution is that we do not get hired by the client.
Service
- Due diligence checks for each potential client for adverse information, political exposing, and similar;
- Official offer for our services up to 24 hours after we have enough information from the client to make an offer;
- One-fee and one-signature offer and service principle;
- Service contract for each client;
- Detailed overview of each process and service we provide, tax and other implications, as the client needs to be fully aware of the basic regulatory propositions before making a decision;
- Representation of the client before the relevant Government institutions for the rendered services;
- One dedicated person as a point of contact for our services.
Documentation
- Checking and providing all documents within the current law propositions for every service rendered;
- Advice if any documentation of the client needs to be done differently or can not be used for a certain process;
- Documents handover check-list for company registration;
- Documents handover check-list for residence permit application.
Your Personal Information
- Complete discretion;
- Not selling or giving personal client information to anyone who is not involved in the service performance.
